Winch Cables

Cardno winch cables are manufactured, here in Bedfordshire, in 6mm to 10mm wire rope diameter. The wire rope we use is 6+IWRC, 36 wire strands, galvanised, right hand lay and tensile strength is 1960 N/mm2. We manufacture to your choice of hook - alloy sling, alloy swivel sling, G8 sling, G80 sling, G8 auto-locking & G80 auto-locking swivel. We also make thimble (hard-eye) winch cables so you can re-use your hooks.

We can source & supply 11mm to 32mm wire rope diameter to order. Our winch cables, both in-house & externally sourced, are fully certificated in accordance to BSEN13411-1:2003 Part 1.
